SLS Barcelona is seeking a Front Office intern to support reservations, guest guidance, and front desk operations in Barcelona. You will greet guests, handle data accuracy, process billing, and share local information while representing the SLS brand with warmth and professionalism.

Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s in hospitality, be fluent in Spanish and English, and be available for a 6-month period under a school agreement.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to SLS’s culture; support front office operations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle arrival and departure processes and ensure accurate data in systems.
• Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, professional manner.
• Process credit transactions and ensure accurate guest billing.
• Address guest complaints and inquiries promptly with empathy and resolution.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
