• Develop marketing strategy with local and regional teams, aligned with product roadmaps.
• Forecast local budgets and sales, monitor stock levels, and support retail action plans.
• Plan and execute product launches using HQ tools and coordinate cross-functional input.
• Lead local and international activations including collection highlights and visual merchandising validation.
• Provide feedback on best-seller forecasts, manage stock at boutiques, and address issues with IP and pricing.
• Coordinate unique pieces stock allocations across boutiques and handle special orders with Region and HQ.
