Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels Iberia Marketing is seeking a Product Manager to drive local marketing initiatives, coordinate with Retail and HQ teams, and oversee budgets and launches for Iberia markets (Spain and Portugal). You will shape the local strategy, orchestrate cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment with regional goals.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a proactive ownership mindset to elevate boutique performance and market presence.

Qualifications

• Supports Retail teams with strong analytics and in-depth understanding of context, clienteles, issues and business opportunities.
• Collaborates with other team members to enhance work processes, tools and governance, in line with the Maison’s short- and long-term targets.
• Shows business acumen, initiative, ownership, and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing priorities and tactical initiatives in line with local product roadmap.
• Manage local budgets and forecast novelty sales for Iberia.
• Monitor monthly performance and share insights with Retail and Marketing teams.
• Prepare and roll out new collection launches based on HQ toolbox and coordinate stakeholder input.
• Lead local/international activations and adapt tools for events with regional collaboration.
• Provide feedback on local sales forecasts and manage stock and allocations for boutiques and travel retail.
• Coordinate price validation and communicate pricing to partners, monitor discrepancies.
