Keystone Education Group is seeking a highly technical HubSpot Marketing Operations specialist to own automation, segmentation, and inbound qualification end-to-end within the Global Commercial marketing team.

You will design workflows, manage lists, build dashboards, and collaborate with Rev Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline. This role demands AI-enabled thinking and a proactive ownership mindset.

Formación

• Must have hands-on expert-level HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM) experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools within marketing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards linking activity to pipeline.
• Proven track record of owning projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing inbound lead qualification and omnichannel outreach.
• Excellent cross-functional communication between marketing, sales, and customer success.
• HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub Software, Revenue Operations, Reporting).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences.
• Create and manage HubSpot lists and dynamic segments.
• Maintain contact database health through segmentation and deduplication.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure lead performance and ROI.
• Track, qualify, and manage inbound leads via HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and conversion.
• Own end-to-end inbound qualification from first touch to hand-off.
