You will design personalized experiences and automation strategies to support prospective students throughout their decision-making journey, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Data, IT, and technology partners.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Customer Journey Management.
• Experience designing workflows, customer journeys, and advanced audience segmentation.
• Hands-on with Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign.
• Experience creating landing pages and forms using CMS such as AEM Sites.
• Knowledge of CRM, CDP, and digital analytics.
• High level of English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize customer journeys, workflows, and nurturing programs.
• Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
• Design and optimize landing pages, forms, and personalization strategies.
• Define target audiences and support integrations between Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, and the digital ecosystem.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support transformation projects with Marketing, Data, IT, and partners.
