Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Customer Journey Management.
• Experience designing workflows, customer journeys, and advanced audience segmentation.
• Hands-on with Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign.
• Experience creating landing pages and forms using CMS such as AEM Sites.
• Knowledge of CRM, CDP, and digital analytics.
• High level of English proficiency.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Specialist will involve:

• Design and optimize customer journeys, workflows, and nurturing programs.
• Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
• Design and optimize landing pages, forms, and personalization strategies.
• Define target audiences and support integrations between Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, and the broader digital ecosystem.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to digital transformation projects in collaboration with Marketing, Data, IT, and external consulting partners.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Customer Journey Management.
• Experience designing workflows, customer journeys, and advanced audience segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience creating landing pages and forms using CMS platforms such as AEM Sites or similar tools.
• Knowledge of CRM, CDP, and digital analytics.
• High level of English proficiency.

Additional valued experience:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Real-Time CDP, or AEM Sites.
• Experience working within MarTech ecosystems, integrating Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, CMS, and digital analytics solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business and technology stakeholders.
