Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Marketing Officer based in Barcelona (f/m/d) to support Sales and Trade through data analysis, business intelligence, performance reporting and sales tools management. You will transform customer, sales and market data into reliable insights to improve commercial performance and growth opportunities, while ensuring data quality and effective use of NOVA and AQUA.

The role reports to the Sales Effectiveness Manager Spain and involves collaboration with CMA CGM Agency

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate data and insights clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
• Good command of Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular or ad hoc statistical studies and sales performance reports.
• Extract and collect data from internal and external sources.
• Clean, structure, and visualize data for market, customer, competitor, and performance studies.
• Create and optimize dashboards and tools to support business.
• Monitor adoption of NOVA/AQUA tools by the Sales team.
• Ensure data accuracy and access for all users.
