Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking an Analyst, Marketing to join the centralized global analytics team. You will develop data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting to inform strategic marketing decisions, collaborating with multiple enterprise functions.

You will report to the Manager, Data, Analytics and Reporting and work in a hybrid mode from Barcelona. The role requires strong analytics background, experience with marketing data, and fluency in English to coordinate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics.
• 3 years experience with Power BI and programming/query languages (SQL, SOSQL, Python).
• Experience managing projects across business function teams.
• Collaboration with global colleagues across time zones, languages and cultures.
• Fluency in English required (written, reading and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on industry and product performance, customer behaviors, and market trends.
• Design interactive dashboards for industry, production and pipeline KPIs and KPMs using Power BI and in-platform reporting solutions (Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, GA4).
• Partner with campaign teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering on key datasets and analytics readiness.
• Drive efficiency and innovation through predictive models to push automation and insights.
