Vidoomy Media SL in Madrid is seeking an ambitious Marketing Account Manager - Trainee. You will identify Turkish publishers, reach out to partners, and learn to close deals while supporting daily client communication.

The role emphasizes data analysis, strong communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-growing, global ad-tech environment.

Formación

• Fluency in Turkish, Spanish and English (C1) required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prospect Turkish publishers to expand the network.
• Reach out to potential partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Learn negotiation and close deals with new publisher accounts.
• Provide daily client communication support and basic issue resolution.
• Build and maintain publisher relationships to maximize engagement and performance.
• Conduct report analysis to support client performance and growth opportunities.
• Research the Turkish market to stay updated on trends and competitors.

About you:

As an Marketing Account Manager - Trainee at Vidoomy, we are looking for someone ambitious, proactive, and highly motivated.

What do we expect from you?

• Turkish and professional fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level), both spoken and written (this will be evaluated during the interview process).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail when working with data and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
