Novartis in Spain is seeking an Access Field Head to drive strategic and operational execution across national, regional, and local access initiatives, shaping payer and authority engagement to secure formulary inclusion and optimal reimbursement.
You will build trusted partnerships with hospital and primary care payers, regulators, and healthcare stakeholders, lead cross‑functional teams, and guide lifecycle access activities while fostering a high‑performance culture.

The role builds trusted partnerships with regional authorities, hospital & primary care payers, wholesalers, and healthcare system stakeholders to maximize access, value, and long-term business sustainability. The Access Field Head have a dep knowledge about the access landscape in Spain and is critical to ensures timely P&RMB, formulary inclusion, supports contract negotiations, shapes healthcare pathways, and enables cross-functional coordination to deliver seamless access execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 109,800.00 - 156,900.00 - 204,000.00 EUR Annual
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
