Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a proactive Project Manager in Marbella, Spain to oversee real estate, development, construction or hospitality projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance and quality, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading from inception to completion, monitoring schedules and budgets, coordinating architects/engineers/contractors, and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of project management experience.
• Experience in real estate development, hospitality projects, construction, or infrastructure projects is desirable.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
• Fluent English is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and operational challenges.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage procurement processes, tenders, and contractor appointments.
• Liaise with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and utility providers as required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and company standards.
• Drive effective communication among all project stakeholders.
