Job summary

Talantir, a real estate developer, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee a luxury villa development in Marbella within a master‑planned community. You will manage the full lifecycle from design development through construction and handover, ensuring delivery within cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams, enforce design intent and regulatory compliance, and provide regular progress updates

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate.
• Experience delivering luxury villa communities from design through handover.
• Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Spanish regulations and permitting knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Oversee design and construction for luxury villas within the community.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor costs and financial performance; adjust as needed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead meetings and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish regulations and approvals.
• Track progress and provide updates to senior management.
• Deliver villas on time, within budget, to quality standards.
