Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, negotiation, and procurement across luxury real estate development, construction, and hospitality projects in Marbella. You will manage supplier relationships, lead tender processes, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services while achieving best value.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–7 years in procurement, and strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or contract management.
• Experience within real estate development, construction, hospitality, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
• Fluent English is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and corporate objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare and manage tendering and request-for-proposal (RFP) processes.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and framework agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement activities with project managers, technical teams, and finance departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.
• Track procurement budgets and provide regular reporting to management.
