Job summary

Our client in Málaga is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee significant construction projects from planning through handover.

You will lead architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. A successful candidate has extensive construction experience and a proven track record of delivering large-scale building projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in construction project management delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee site operations ensuring codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project staff.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues.
• Control costs and manage change orders within budget.
• Ensure health and safety protocols on all sites.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports for senior management and clients.
• Manage client relations and expectations throughout the project.
• Facilitate project closeout and handover.
