Omya is seeking an experienced professional to lead manufacturing processes and ensure operational efficiency across plants. You will define processes, translate operational needs into requirements, and support supply chain decisions, while working within a hybrid model to balance work and life.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, ideally within chemical or process industries, and will enjoy collaborating with various teams. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, meal allowances, and 30 holidays.

Formación

• Experience in multi-plant or global environments with high variability.
• Ability to translate best practices into practical solutions.
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing data flows.

Responsabilidades

• Define and validate end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Translate operational needs into clear, implementable functional requirements.
• Bridge planning and execution ensuring production plans are feasible.

Conocimientos

5–10+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience

Proven exposure to manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations

Knowledge of MES and ERP (SAP) integration

Background in mining, materials, chemicals, or process manufacturing industries
