Omya is seeking a Cash Planning Specialist to transform cash forecasting using AI, predictive analytics, and automation. You will shape treasury outcomes by building predictive models and analytics solutions across a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 3-5 years in financial analytics, cash planning, treasury, FP&A or similar roles.
• Experience supporting financial forecasting, planning, or treasury projects in a corporate setting.
• Experience driving process improvement, automation or digitalization in Finance/Treasury.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with data visualization (Power BI); SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in data-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Fluent English.

Main responsibilities

• Support and execute global cash planning activities.
• Monitor cash positions, liquidity forecasts, and cash flow trends.
• Analyze forecast deviations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance teams to support funding and liquidity decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within cash planning processes.
• Develop and enhance predictive models to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Build and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support the implementation of AI and automation initiatives within cash planning processes.
• Work with large datasets from ERP, treasury, and banking systems to generate business insights.
• Contribute to innovative use cases involving machine learning, predictive analytics, and Generative AI technologies.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analytics, cash planning, treasury, FP&A, controlling, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience supporting financial forecasting, planning, or treasury-related projects in a corporate environment.
• Experience driving process improvement, automation, or digitalization initiatives within Finance or Treasury.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Experience in data-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Fluent English.
