The position requires leading Kaizen initiatives, conducting time studies, and maintaining ISO 9001 quality guidelines while aligning with safety requirements.

Formación

• Experience leading development and implementation of manufacturing processes for cost efficiency and product quality.
• Experience driving cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development and implementation of manufacturing processes for product functionality and cost efficiency.
• Lead junior manufacturing engineers and Kaizen teams.
• Develop and train work instructions for manufacturing processes and tool operation.
• Review engineering changes and communicate to operations; ensure ISO 9001 alignment.
