MAHLE is seeking an experienced engineering professional to define, implement and optimize production processes in a dynamic environment. The role involves defining resources, budgeting for new product industrialization, and leading cross-disciplinary projects to improve cost, productivity and quality across serial production.

Candidates should have an engineering background (mechanical preferred), strong leadership and analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

Engineering degree, mechanical preferred.
Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages valued.
Experience leading interdisciplinary projects and teams.

Responsabilidades

Define, implement and validate processes design.
Define necessary production resources, participate in the acquisition and run them.
Cost calculation and budget follow-up for investments and expenses for new product industrialization.
Lead and participate in internal projects and improvement teams.
Improve serial production processes with cost optimization, productivity and quality mindset.
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement of the production area.
Manage, execute and lead product modification in serial projects required by client.
Propose cost reductions and improvements in projects under responsibility.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and project reclamations in projects under responsibility.
Support new projects with Stuttgart engineering department.
Support in new acquisitions, validation and homologation of components and process engineering changes for new projects.
