Haleon is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee manufacturing-site initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects aimed at improving processes, productivity, and product quality, collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

The role requires 3-5 years in project management within manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field was required.
• 3-5 years of experience managing engineering projects in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, six sigma, and process improvement methods.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Define scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and elaborate GXP documents (URS, DQ, DQR, qualifications).
• Ensure safety and quality compliance across projects.
• Lead and execute project phases, monitor progress and implement actions.
