Job summary

Ayesa Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects on a remote-first basis. You will drive planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across diverse teams worldwide.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients remotely, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence, and utilizing MS Project, Primavera P6, and Procore to deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale projects and building codes.
• PM software proficiency: MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to manage remote teams and communicate effectively.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and schedules.
• PMP or similar construction-specific project management certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects entirely remotely, fostering strong virtual team collaboration.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
