One Eden Spain Luxury, part of a global real estate firm, seeks a Construction Manager to oversee a diverse project portfolio across residential and commercial sectors.

You will coordinate project delivery, align managers, and push teams to meet milestones while managing admin, paperwork and regulatory obligations. Lead stakeholder relations with authorities and partners to ensure compliant execution and timely occupancy.

Formación

• Align Project Managers, standardize workflows, and keep build milestones on track.
• Push internal and external teams to hit deadlines, clear bottlenecks, and manage project admin, docs, and billing.
• Oversee project paperwork, legal obligations, and administrative deadlines.
• Handle notifications from public bodies, mitigate risks with legal, and secure First Occupancy Licenses (LPO).
• Build and guide the Project Management office to streamline workloads and deliver results.

We are looking to hire a Construction Manager who will oversee our project portfolio across residential, and commercial sectors.

Construction managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Project Management & Delivery: Align Project Managers, standardize workflows, and keep build milestones on track. Push internal and external teams to hit deadlines, clear bottlenecks, and manage project admin, docs, and billing.

Admin, Legal & Compliance: Oversee project paperwork, legal obligations, and administrative deadlines. Handle notifications from public bodies, work with legal to mitigate risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to secure First Occupancy Licenses (LPO).

Stakeholder & Public Relations: Act as the main liaison with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and town halls. Build strong connections with partners, technical teams, and local communities, and represent the company on governing boards.

Team Leadership: Build and guide our Project Management technical office, bringing multidisciplinary teams together to streamline workflows and drive results.
