One Eden Spain Luxury S.L. in Cadiz is seeking a hands-on Technical Construction Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects.

You will align teams, remove roadblocks, and keep all builds on time and on budget with strong admin and compliance practices. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a confident leadership presence, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with public authorities, regulators, and town halls to secure permits and occupancy

Formación

• Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
• Excellent communicator in both English and Spanish.
• Strong personality when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with Spanish paperwork for Town Hall purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Align Project Managers, standardize workflows, and keep milestones on track. Drive deadlines, clear bottlenecks, and manage project admin and billing.
• Oversee project paperwork, legal obligations, and administrative deadlines; handle notifications from public bodies and mitigate risks with cross-functional teams to secure First Occupancy Licenses (LPO).
• Act as the main liaison with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and town halls; build connections with partners, technical teams, and local communities; represent the company on governing boards.
• Build and guide our Project Management technical office, bringing multidisciplinary teams together to streamline workflows and drive results.

We are looking for a hands‑on leader to oversee our project portfolio across residential, and commercial sectors. You will align teams, clear roadblocks, and keep every build running on time and on budget.

Who you need to be

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator in both English and Spanish, have a strong personality when dealing with multiple stakeholders and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem‑solving aptitude. You qill need experience in dealing with Spanish paperwork, especially for TownHall purposes.
