Michael Page is recruiting for a senior project leader in Barcelona to drive the delivery of 2-3 residential developments (80-120 units each) from concept through delivery.

You will coordinate architects, engineers and authorities, ensuring timelines, cost control and quality. The role offers exposure to senior management and a clear path toward Technical Director in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of 2-3 residential developments (80-120 units each) from design through delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment across project lifecycle.
• Drive execution with emphasis on schedule, cost efficiency and quality.
• Lead design phase and ensure deliverables meet regulations and commercial goals.
• Contribute to feasibility and acquisition with technical input.
• Oversee planning applications and interactions with local authorities.
• Optimize design for cost, buildability and market position.
• Manage general contractors, monitor progress, and enforce contracts.
• Provide regular site visits, reporting and milestone tracking.
• Own project budgets, forecasting and deviation analysis.
• Prepare updates for senior management and board with risks and mitigations.

• Contribute to the feasibility analysis and acquisition phase, providing technical input on new opportunities.
• Oversee planning applications, licensing processes, and interactions with local authorities.
• Optimise design to balance cost, buildability, and market positioning.
• Manage general contractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor construction progress through regular site visits, reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Full responsibility for project budgets, including initial underwriting, cost tracking, forecasting, and deviation analysis.
• Prepare and present structured updates to senior management and board, including performance metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
