Bip Iberia seeks a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Barcelona team and lead a growing Energy & Telecom practice. The role blends project leadership, senior client exposure, team management and business development in a collaborative environment with strong career progression.

The position offers an international dimension, with opportunities to support France and other French-speaking markets while based in Barcelona as part of the Iberian team.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of professional experience in strategy, management or operations consulting.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
• Knowledge of Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure or Telecommunications is valued.
• Fluent English and fluent or bilingual French (C1/C2). Spanish is a must and Catalan is valuable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity and interest in business development.

• Lead strategy, transformation and operational improvement projects from definition to delivery.
• Structure complex problems and translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Manage project teams and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
