Bacardi Espana, S.A. is seeking a senior finance leader to head Advertising & Promotion controllership for Europe, LAC and Global Functions. You will manage a team of Primos, drive strategic reporting, and lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting with robust financial models.

The role requires translating data into value and partnering with senior stakeholders across a fast‑moving, global business. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, process standardization, and effective talent

• Provide strategic reporting and analytic support across regions and global functions.
• Drive global expansion of the A&P COE and standardize services across regions.
• Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and mentor talent within the organization.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting; build dynamic financial models to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Improve global process efficiency and drive end-to-end cost reductions while maintaining quality.
• Support transformation programs and Controllership initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 4-10 Primos in charge of managing the Advertising & Promotion budgets for Europe, LAC & Global Functions of the company. Ensure the A&P COE promotes collaboration and uses best practices to provide strategic reporting and analytic support to the organization. Lead the global expansion of the A&P COE to ensure all the regions and global functions are supported. Standardize all the services under scope across regions/global organizations to deliver the best possible services within a framework of constant innovation. Lead the organization to develop a strong business partnership with our stakeholders. Active participation in Trans4mation project in areas of A&P controllership Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes for A&P across regions, markets and Global Functions Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making in a rapidly changing environment. Achieve a high level of global process efficiency and effectiveness. Develop a mindset of continuous improvement in the organization by constantly striving for ways to: leverage process efficiencies on a global basis and drive down “end-to-end” process costs while improving quality and performance. Develop and manage a high-quality talent base, looking for the Best Talent for the Best 10, mentor and coach all the Primos in the organization to progress on their development plans.

Skills:

Substantial working financial knowledge including experience in, general accounting processes, Financial Planning and Analysis, and budget management. Proven leadership abilities, including demonstration of Bacardi values and collaborative leadership style with experience in developing and retaining staff. Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders and other Primos of the organizations as a team toward achieving the organization’s needs and identify strategic opportunities to drive additional value for Bacardi. Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to an Executive Level audience in English.

Personal qualities:

5-7 years of finance experience and experience of doing A&P controllership Running transformational projects to standardise processes is a plus Ability to communicate in English proficiently. Advanced writing and speaking are a must.
