KP Group is seeking an experienced O&M engineer for solar PV plants in Galicia, Spain. The role emphasizes plant operations, SCADA data analysis, and ongoing performance improvements to maximise energy generation.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, inventory, HSE compliance, vendor coordination, reporting, and budget adherence to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Formación

• Experience in managing Plant Operations in solar PV environments.
• Knowledge of SCADA data analysis and performance optimization.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of PV modules, inverters, and transformers.
• Familiarity with inventory & spares management for energy facilities.
• Understanding of HSE compliance and safety audits in maintenance contexts.
• Ability to supervise O&M teams and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers.
• Experience in reporting, documentation, and budgeting related to O&M activities.
