KP Group is seeking a field service engineer to install, commission, and hand over solar panel cleaning robots at customer sites. You will ensure installations follow drawings, SOPs, and safety standards, and you will run trials and handovers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

• Lead installation and commissioning of solar panel cleaning robots at site
• Ensure systems are installed as per drawings, SOPs, and safety standards
• Conduct trial runs and handover to customers

Service & Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic systems
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• Ensure maximum uptime of installed systems

Field Support & Troubleshooting

• Handle complex service issues and root cause analysis
• Support junior service engineers and technicians at site
• Coordinate with R&D and Production for recurring issues and improvements

Customer Coordination

• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and issues
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel
• Ensure timely closure of service calls

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain service reports, logs, and maintenance records
• Provide feedback to management on field performance and issues

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to site safety rules and company safety policies
