KP Group is seeking an Engineer - O&M to support our solar PV assets. Based in Europe, the role focuses on inspection, maintenance, and repair of plants, with travel to sites and vendors, and collaboration with clients.

The ideal candidate has a BE/B.Tech in Electrical, 3+ years in solar PV, and solid knowledge of SCADA, CI, and reporting. You will ensure OEM compliance and deliver timely MIS reports and uptime across installations.

Formación

• BE / B.Tech Electrical or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of proven experience in the Solar PV industry.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems, and Control and Instrumentation.
• Understanding of solar PV technologies and day‑to‑day plant operations.
• Analytical skills and ability to prepare operational reports.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, maintain, and repair solar PV plants.
• Travel to project/O&M sites and vendor locations.
• Work with client personnel and third-party vendors.
• Ensure operations comply with OEM requirements.
• Generate MIS reports, manage repairs, monitor warranty claims, and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Monitor DC, AC, and SCADA systems.
• Maintain 100% uptime across plants.
• Submit generation reports to the department/HOD/Agencies.

To support our O&M team, beginning at the earliest possible date, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated Engineer - O&M

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repair of solar PV plants
• Travel to project/O&M sites and vendor locations.
• Work directly with client personnel and 3rd party vendors.
• Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities performed at sites compile with OEM requirements.
• Responsible for generating MIS reports, all required repairs, maintenance, monitoring of all warranty claims, and scheduled for preventive maintenance activities.
• Good knowledge of DC, AC, and SCADA systems.
• Monitoring of all plants and maintain 100% uptime
• Timely submission of generation report to the department/HOD/Agencies.

Qualifications
