KP Group is seeking an Asset Manager in the Electrical Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Department to oversee and optimize solar PV assets, focusing on the DC side of PV systems, power systems, and transmission lines.

The role includes HOTO of solar projects, audits, and maintaining O&M checklists, while monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Cross‑functional coordination is essential for reliable solar energy delivery.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (DC side) and transmission lines.
• Experience with O&M processes including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical audits, HOTO procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation and maintenance of DC side of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with teams for transmission line maintenance and integration with solar PV systems.
• Facilitate smooth HOTO (handover/takeover) of solar projects from construction to operation.
• Conduct regular audits of solar plants to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive O&M checklists for solar PV systems.
• Monitor asset performance, track KPIs, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff on electrical safety and risk management.
