Marriott International’s St. Regis Palma de Mallorca is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate (Vendedor/a) for 40 hours to drive group and catering sales in Palma.

You will prospect opportunities, manage bookings outside the Event Booking Center, and up-sell to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional service. Join a luxury team focused on loyalty, seamless turnover to events, and superior guest experience across the property.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies new group/catering business to achieve revenue goals.
• Understands market conditions and sells against competitors.
• Closes opportunities based on market conditions and property needs.
• Monitors same-day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Serves customers by understanding their business and needs to offer solutions.
