HEIM&HAUS Mallorca is seeking a reliable installation technician to join our on-site team in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca. You will install sun protection systems, windows, doors, and roller shutters for private and commercial properties, ensuring precise and clean on-site work in a supportive island environment.

You will collaborate with the team to develop practical technical solutions, maintain high quality standards, and provide courteous communication with clients.

Formación

• Requires practical installation experience on-site.
• Must be reliable and able to solve technical challenges.
• Able to read technical standards and work cleanly.
• Valid class B driver's license.

Across Mallorca, we install high-grade awnings, vertical shading systems, roller shutters, roller doors, windows, and exterior doors. To support our ongoing projects, we are looking for a reliable, full-time installation technician who thinks ahead, works cleanly, and enjoys hands-on craftsmanship in a supportive island environment.

In this role, you will be on site with private and commercial clients across Mallorca, ensuring the precise and professional assembly of our custom solutions. You will work closely with your team to solve technical challenges, maintain high quality standards, and deliver seamless results that delight our customers every single day.

Your core tasks include:

• Installing our custom sun protection systems, windows, doors, and roller shutters for private and commercial properties
• Carrying out precise, professional, and clean on-site installations according to technical standards
• Developing and implementing practical technical solutions together with your team
• Providing reliable, friendly, and respectful communication when interacting with clients on site

What you bring to the team:

• Strong manual dexterity, craftsmanship, and a solid technical understanding
• An independent, careful, and solution-oriented approach to your work
• Physical fitness, resilience, and a genuine hands-on mentality
• A valid class B driver's license
• Language skills in English and/or Spanish are an advantage
