Grupo El Fuerte in Marbella, Spain seeks a Maintenance Operations & Control Technician to drive workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and deadline compliance across maintenance contracts. You will audit preventive maintenance, manage operational documentation, and keep client access credentials up to date.

You will verify technical reports, monitor timelines, and ensure compliance filings, eliminating delays and supporting engineering leadership in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Formación

• FP I or FP II in a technical discipline as listed in the education section.
• Experience with Protecnus CMMS or similar field management software.
• Strong data verification and process-oriented analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and clear interdepartmental communication.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and verify scheduled preventive maintenance operations and field reports across facilities.
• Administer Protecnus platform data, service orders, and technical records.
• Upload compliance documentation to client platforms and facility access portals.
• Monitor execution timelines and turnaround performance for regional delegates to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify procedural delays and support engineering leadership.
