Taptap, based in Madrid, is seeking an Office Manager on a temporary 6 to 9-month contract to cover maternity leave. You will organize and coordinate office administration, ensure efficient operations, and maintain a positive work environment.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, advanced English (C1), and advanced Excel and MS Office skills. Prior experience in digital advertising or tech companies is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 1-year previous relevant experience.
• Advanced level of English (C1) is a must.
• Advanced level of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in the digital advertising industry will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate suppliers and manage office expenses.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to Finance and Legal teams.
• Record and manage documents and records.
• Support the CEO with administrative tasks including signature management.
• Assist in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors.
• Manage internal communications and day-to-day office operations.
• Handle switchboard, calls, and emails for the company.
• Organize corporate events and meetings.
