Groupe BPCE in Madrid is seeking a CRE Origination Analyst to analyze new opportunities, including market and property analyses, and to produce comprehensive reports that enable timely decision making.

You will assist the Head of RE&H Iberia or the RE&H Director in structuring transactions, preparing all documents from early stage to credit applications, and building cash-flow models with sensitivity and scenario analysis.

Formación

• 2–4+ years of CRE originations experience.
• Proven track record of significant origination volume, especially conduit deals.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Good understanding of modelling projections.
• Ability to analyze main characteristics and risks of the properties that will be financed and the structure of the deal.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze new business opportunities, including market and properties analysis, and produce comprehensive reports to enable decision making.
• Assist the Head of RE&H Iberia or RE&H Director in structuring a transaction.
• Prepare documents required for decision making from early stage to credit applications.
• Model transactions and other business needs; run scenarios on the models and produce outputs including cash-flow transaction models and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare term sheets and negotiate with clients; review due diligences and facility agreements.
• Work closely with underwriters to prepare credit memos for team and credit committee review.
• Provide commercial and analytical support on transactions; attend meetings and contribute to reports and presentations.
