Natixis NY Branch in Madrid seeks a finance professional to support the origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions across Iberia, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Energy Finance in Madrid. You will contribute across Renewables, Telecom, Social, Transport and PPP sectors.

Responsibilities include building financial models, sizing debt, running sensitivities, coordinating due diligence, drafting credit applications, and preparing pitch books and marketing

Formación

• Solid financial modelling skills; build models from scratch and run sensitivities.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in project finance, infrastructure or energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or STEM; CFA/Finance masters is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomous work style.
• Analytical rigour, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Support origination, structuring and execution of project finance transactions across Iberia.
• Structure transactions: financial modelling, debt sizing, sensitivities and bankability analysis.
• Coordinate and analyse due diligence (technical, financial, legal, commercial, ESG).
• Assess projects and sponsors: financials, business plan and risk profile.
• Draft and process credit applications with internal teams.
• Review financing terms to understand transaction structure impact.
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials to secure financing and mandates.
• Participate in syndication: prepare docs and monitor distribution.
• Perform KYC procedures and internal rating/LGD assessments.
