Louis Vuitton Spain is seeking an HR Talent Development Advisor to join the Madrid Head Office for a 6-month contract (extendable up to 1 year). You will support Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, CSR, HR Systems and Internal Communication for the Mediterranean region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan) in a fast-paced retail environment.

Based in Madrid, you will report to both C&B and Talent Dev/CSR managers, coordinate regional HR activities, and help run

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar HR role in retail or HR.
• Ability to formalize a contrato de practicas under Spanish labor law.
• Available to start end of August for 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Support Talent Reviews presentations and regional development programs.
• Assist Talent Acquisition and employer branding activities.
• Coordinate CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Support internal HR communications and materials for HR events.
• Coordinate regional resort assignments and cross-region movements.
• Manage local IT mobility systems and HR applications like NEMO, ICON, Devices.
• Drive vendor management and HR financial processes (invoicing, POs, closings).
