Toyota Automated Logistics in Madrid seeks an HR Generalist to coordinate core HR activities, ensuring compliant, people-focused operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle under the HR Director.

You will work with managers and employees across international teams, handling employee relations, payroll support, recruitment, and performance management to uphold company policies and business needs, with 50% travel within Madrid and nearby regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably with labor relations or employment law.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, recruitment, and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruiting activities: job postings, screening, initial interviews, and manager coordination.
• Support monthly Madrid presence with travel and meetings.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and program administration.
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks: vacations, leaves, basic contractual questions, and policy compliance.
