Universally Speaking in Madrid is seeking an experienced LQA Lead to oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content for our game localization projects.

You will mentor a multilingual team, develop test plans, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure brand and cultural appropriateness across languages. The role offers a permanent contract and on-site work at Madrid's Alvento Business Park.

Formación

• Experience in LQA, localization, or related fields with leadership or coordination.
• Familiarity with LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software (JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of linguistic nuances, cultural differences, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages.
• Develop and implement LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices.
• Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content.
• Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding LQA processes.
• Allocate resources effectively and maintain project schedules.
• Track and report on LQA progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new LQA team members.
