A game localization company is seeking a Lead LQA Tester to manage and mentor a team in Madrid. This role involves developing testing plans, ensuring linguistic quality, and maintaining project schedules. Formación

• Proven experience in LQA, localization, or related fields, including leadership or coordination roles.
• Familiarity with LQA tools and bug-tracking software.
• Knowledge of linguistic nuances and cultural differences.
• Knowledge of linguistic nuances and localization best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics/Translation/Localization preferred.

• Knowledge of linguistic nuances, cultural differences, and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in game, software, or app localization
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Experience with automation tools for LQA is a plus
