Rondoenergy is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer in Madrid to enhance supplier quality capabilities across Europe. This role involves establishing quality strategies and driving improvements in supplier performance through audits and collaboration with various engineering teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 4-12 years of relevant experience. The position offers competitive benefits and requires travel up to 75% of the time.

Formación

• 4–8 years (P3) or 7–12 years (P4) of experience in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies.
• Experience leading supplier audits and driving supplier performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute supplier quality strategy for electrical components.
• Lead investigations into supplier-related quality issues.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and quality metrics.
