Nextpower seeks a Senior Engineer in Supplier Quality to audit suppliers for power electronics components, lead root-cause analyses, and drive CAPAs. You will collaborate with R&D and manufacturing on design-for-manufacturability and PPAP processes, ensuring robust supplier quality across inverter and module parts.

The role requires 13+ years in solar inverter quality, Six Sigma Green Belt, and fluency in English and Spanish. A proactive, globally collaborative mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering.
• >13 years of experience in manufacturing and quality inspection of solar inverters and power electronics.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Proficient with 8D, 5 Why, SPC, Pareto, and RCA processes.
• Certified QMS, IATF, or VDA lead auditor is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

• Assess potential suppliers for quality system capabilities through audits.
• Lead 8D and 5-Why investigations and implement CAPA.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing on DFM reviews.
• Conduct PPAP and ensure no open points before production.
