Synergy Construction in Madrid seeks an Electrical Tender Engineer to lead and manage technical and commercial proposals for EPC tenders. You will review RFQs, project specs and P&IDs to define mechanical scope, prepare MTOs and cost estimates, and coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for accurate bids.

You will analyze regulatory constraints under Spanish codes and European standards, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure tender competitiveness.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of tendering or cost estimation experience in EPC
• Experience with cleanrooms, dry rooms, HVAC or chemical plants is highly valued
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and P&IDs is beneficial
• Fluent in Spanish; strong English communication skills are required
• Proficient with Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals for industrial EPC tenders
• Review RFQs, project specs and drawings to define mechanical scope
• Prepare material take-offs and cost estimations for equipment and installation
• Issue inquiries to suppliers, evaluate bids and negotiate terms
• Identify regulatory constraints and value engineering opportunities during bidding phase
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering and project teams to align tender with execution
