The role requires 5+ years in strategic electronics sourcing, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel across Europe. Master’s degree is a plus; EMS sector experience is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing for electronics.
• Experience with power electronics components.
• Bachelor’s degree; master's preferred.
• Willing to travel 30% across Europe.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global sourcing strategy for Power Electronics components.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, warranties, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to drive sourcing strategy.
• Drive cost reductions and supplier performance improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Ensure ethical procurement aligned with corporate requirements.
