Siemens Gamesa seeks a supplier quality professional to strengthen quality across electrical components, drive preventive measures, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable sustainable energy solutions.

You will act as the primary quality contact, lead supplier qualifications, audits, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 50% and English fluent; German skills are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Technical experience for electrical components.
• Proficiency in English at a very high standard (C1 level) - both spoken and written.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is highly valuable.
• Demonstrable experience in quality assurance within the electrical or energy sector.
• Transformer and High Voltage experience or Converter related experience would be beneficial.
• Audits experience and Part Qualifications will be valuable.
• Availability for business travel approx. up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Implement preventive quality methods to effectively mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to qualify and approve suppliers.
• Manage product and service qualifications in accordance with specific requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits and follow up on audit measures to ensure compliance.
• Enhance supplier performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the standardized supplier qualification process according to corporate guidelines.
