Amazon, Madrid, Spain-based Twitch Strategic Partner Manager role, spans Creator Recruitment, Account Management, and Community Engagement. You’ll work from Madrid and report to the Director of Global Spanish Partnerships, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales to grow the Twitch Partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities include identifying top creators, onboarding, maintaining partner relationships, and supporting events while leveraging CRM data for strategy and storytelling.

Formación

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of client/partner management or related experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development track record.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit high-potential creators to Twitch Partner program.
• Manage a portfolio of Twitch Partners with day-to-day support.
• Log partner feedback to inform product messaging.
• Support planning and execution of IRL events and community engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
