Amazon Prime Video is seeking an EU Content Acquisition Portfolio Manager in Madrid to drive content strategy, partner negotiations, and regional execution across Europe. This high-impact, individual contributor role operates at the intersection of content planning, business development, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will balance customer obsession with financial discipline, working with local and international providers to secure premier content for Prime Video customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field required.
• Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing.
• Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record.
• Experience using English communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in fast-paced and ambiguous environments or finance roles with financial reporting responsibility.
• Proficiency in complex financial models, KPIs, and data analysis with demonstrated business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Business Strategy to identify international content trends for local content acquisition plans.
• Support development of innovative business models with top licensors.
• Adapt global content acquisition playbook to regional clusters and local market nuances.
• Identify, codify, and scale best practices across Prime Video internationally.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Strategy to support content portfolio investments.
• Develop processes that increase cross-regional collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Produce data-backed analyses to inform content investment decisions and priorities.
