Ford Credit seeks an IT Business Planner to own and evolve the FCE IT Governance framework across the UK, Spain and Germany, harmonising principles and methodologies. • Own and continually improve the FCE IT Governance framework across sites (UK, Spain, Germany) and Shared Services.
• Provide IT reporting for Execs, including IT Operations Flashcard and IT KRIs.
• Coordinate with pan-European Ford Credit IT team to drive governance and delivery discipline.
• Coordinate incident reporting and investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Report IT performance against key risk indicators to IT Director, CRO and risk committee meetings.
• Support Special Projects Management with project planning, risk tracking and documentation management.
• Maintain outsourcing agreements (SLAs and KPIs) with Ford Motor and Ford Credit entities.
• Build relationships with business and IT partners and act as the single IT contact across locations.
• Oversee lifecycle development exposure and bring in process improvements using AI, with proficiency in Jira and Power BI.
• Assist governance processes and cross-functional reviews (L1/L2/L3).
