Job summary
Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Management Officer / IT Transformation Officer to drive the transformation of a large international IT organisation. You will establish governance, standardise ways of working, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to enable an efficient, transparent, and value‑driven operating model.
Based in Madrid or other European hubs (hybrid), you will work with senior IT leaders, define KPIs and portfolio metrics, promote Lean/Agile practices, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, engineering, business, or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/SAFe/ITIL are advantageous.
- Fluent professional English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive the IT transformation roadmap and integrated action plan.
- Coordinate governance activities, monitor progress, risks, dependencies and actions.
- Standardise operating models, processes, templates, tools and management practices.
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and portfolio metrics for data-driven decisions.
- Facilitate executive governance forums, steering committees and reviews.
- Provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Promote Lean, Agile and continuous improvement across teams.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities.
