Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Management Officer / IT Transformation Officer to drive the transformation of a large international IT organisation. You will establish governance, standardise ways of working, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.
• Fluent professional English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the IT transformation roadmap and maintain an integrated transformation action plan.
• Coordinate governance activities and monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Standardise operating models, processes, templates, tools, and management practices across the organisation.
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and portfolio metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate executive governance forums, steering committees, and transformation reviews.
• Provide insightful reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Promote Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement practices across teams.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption activities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
