Ford Credit in Madrid is seeking an IT Business Planner to own and improve the IT governance framework across Europe, harmonising UK, Spain and Germany sites and shared services. You will drive governance, delivery discipline, and IT risk reporting to executives.

The role coordinates incident reporting, KPI tracking, and project activities, liaising with business and IT partners, and managing outsourcing SLAs/KPIs while advancing lifecycle delivery and transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Analysis of IT operational metrics on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate across Product Teams for System Incident reporting and root cause actions.
• Incident Management across EU countries subject to DORA and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare IT performance reports against key risk indicators for leadership.
• Create and maintain project plans for Special Projects and manage SharePoint, risks, issues, actions.
